At just over 2 years of age, Miia became a Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Nordic champion. She won her first CAC and Best of Breed in November 2015 at just over 12 months, and was awarded European Junior winner title at the European Dog Show in September 2015. In 2016, at the international Norweigan winners show, Miia won Best of Breed, the CAC and Norwegian Winner title. Miia has placed well under both general and specialist judges at home in Norway and internationally. At the breed specialty show in Sweden under Judge Lisa Molin (May 2016), she won Best Bitch and Best Opposite in Show. Her critique read: Excellent type and overall impression. Ultra Feminine bitch with good size. Very beautiful head and expression. Well placed ears dark eyes and good pigment. Strong topline, good body, well angulated. Excellent coat quality. Moves very well. Excellent temperament. Well shown. Judge: Lisa Molin, Sweden. Miia has done well in Australia since moving here and most recently won BEST IN OPEN SHOW at the FLCV specialty in June 2018. She has also picked up RUNNER UP IN GROUP (Best in Group 2) as well as Best Class in Group placings at Australian championship shows, and qualified for her Australian Championship title earlier this year. Miia also took out Best of Breed at the Adelaide Royal in 2018, as well as Runner Up Best of Breed and Best Bitch at the Brisbane Royal 2018. She also took reserve bitch challenge at the Melbourne and Canberra Royals that same year. We may be slightly biased, but it's not just us who think Miia is a true 'show beauty'. She is delight to handle in the ring and it's obvious that she loves the attention! Miia has an excellent pedigree, drawing upon some of the most respected kennels in Europe, and has some lovely dogs behind her lines. She also has a sweet and cheerful temperament, confident in the ring but not overly dominant. We are considering breeding Miia in 2019, show inquiries are welcome. We regularly provide updates on Miia as part of our dog blog news. |
